In light of the government shutdown today, October 1, we want to offer updates regarding Mountain BizWorks lending:
- Loans that require SBA or federal guarantees will be delayed during the shutdown, however we will continue to process and prepare these requests for SBA approval.
- All lending and operations NOT tied to federal funds will continue normally, including the Helene Business Recovery Loan program.
