Catalyst Program Director

Mountain BizWorks is seeking a Catalyst Program Director to lead a mission-driven business development initiative targeting the racial wealth gap. The role involves strategically developing and implementing business development programs that provide loan capital, training, and technical assistance to entrepreneurs of color, with the goal of reducing systemic economic barriers and creating pathways for generational wealth through empowering, high-impact entrepreneurial support services. Small Business Lender

The Small Business Lender originates, underwrites, and efficiently processes small business loan requests from a wide range of businesses from startups to established businesses preparing for expansion; works closely with staff in the field to meet loan and portfolio management metrics, and lending department objectives related to impact, portfolio quality, and strong team dynamic. Paid Summer Internship

Mountain BizWorks is seeking a summer 2025 Opportunity Through Entrepreneurship Intern as part of Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation's Non-profit Internship Program. The Opportunity Through Entrepreneurship Internship position will provide the intern with a range of valuable learning objectives, including working with the Community Investments Manager and other staff to conduct Mountain BizWorks’ annual impact evaluation process.
