Catalyst Program Director

Mountain BizWorks is seeking a Catalyst Program Director to lead a mission-driven business development initiative targeting the racial wealth gap. The role involves strategically developing and implementing business development programs that provide loan capital, training, and technical assistance to entrepreneurs of color, with the goal of reducing systemic economic barriers and creating pathways for generational wealth through empowering, high-impact entrepreneurial support services. Mountain BizWorks is seeking a summer 2025 Opportunity Through Entrepreneurship Intern as part of Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation's Non-profit Internship Program.
