We offer two sets of business classes and coaching: Business Basics and Business Growth. Choose the one that best fits your needs.

Business Basics

Our Business Basics curriculum is designed for new entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, and start-up or early stage businesses. Classes and coaching will help you build your business skills in business planning, financial systems, and marketing. The focus here is getting a business off the ground or stabilizing a young business.

In order to use services in the Business Basics series, you must have basic computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, and internet browsing). If you would like to develop these skills prior to working with Mountain BizWorks, you may want to contact A-B Tech.

Business Growth

Our Business Growth curriculum is designed for experienced entrepreneurs who have existing businesses and are on a growth trajectory. Classes and coaching will help you to increase profitability, strengthen operations, and scale up market performance. The focus here is putting best practices to use for expansion and results.

In order to use services in the Business Growth series, you must currently be operating a business. If you are a new entrepreneur and/or are in the start-up phase, please refer to our Business Basics series instead.
