In partnership with the NC Bar Foundation’s NC LEAP Program and volunteers from the NC Bar Association, we are offering free one-on-one attorney consultations to entrepreneurs who have legal questions related to their start-up or existing businesses.
The consultation will be 30 minutes per business, first come, first serve. Entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to consult with a volunteer business attorney at no cost to ask questions around:
- Business Entity Formation
- General Business Advice
- Contract Drafting/Review
- Employment Advice
- Real Estate/Commercial Leasing
