The Alpine Course is designed to support founders of businesses that have been operating for at least one year.

Alpine will give you the opportunity to explore your options by assessing where you have been through financial, marketing and customer analytics along with revisiting your mission, vision, and values, as well as peer to peer support. This course will help you ideate new ways of doing business, create a deep understanding of your financials and what they mean, and examine your customer segment through a variety of exercises and conversations. We will re-connect with your why and help you imagine new short and long term goals to grow and sustain your business.

During this 5-week course provides, you will get up and out of your day-to-day operations and regain an aerial perspective of where you have been, where you are now, and where your business is headed in a peer-to-peer learning environment.

This course will build on the core concepts of our popular Foundations Business Planning course while also assisting entrepreneurs in determining whether our ScaleUp WNC program may be a good fit for them in the future.
