Mountain BizWorks’ Catalyst Cohort is an inclusive entrepreneurship program to provide ongoing business and leadership skills-development for Entrepreneurs of Color. Last month, the program’s fifth cohort began their 12-month journey together.
Catalyst Cohort participants spend a year embedded in a peer advisory group facilitated by an Entrepreneur in Residence. This cohort will be led by Catalyst Cohort graduate Bobby Richardson of Black Bear Lock & Security. In addition, participants have access to one-on-one mentoring, expert speakers, funds to use towards the cost of business development services, and other opportunities for transformational learning.
After a highly competitive process, this round of the Catalyst Cohort program welcomed 11 business owners into its fifth cohort. The participating entrepreneurs include:
- Black Mask Films
- Carmen’s Seafood Delightz
- Crafted Glory
- Gallery Box
- La Cuisine 尋味廚房
- Lady B Beauty
