Small Business Lender

The Small Business Lender originates, underwrites, and efficiently processes small business loan requests from a wide range of businesses from startups to established businesses preparing for expansion; works closely with staff in the field to meet loan and portfolio management metrics, and lending department objectives related to impact, portfolio quality, and strong team dynamic. Initial responses to this opportunity are requested by 5pm Eastern on Friday, October 4, 2024, with the position remaining open until filled thereafter.

Administrative Assistant

The overarching goals of the Administrative Assistant are: to ensure an office environment of warm hospitality & excellent customer service; to serve as office receptionist and first point of contact for client inquiries; to provide administrative support to the Executive Director and program staff; to manage building facilities; and to support the organization with system and operational management.
