Once you have a well-established business plan, you may benefit from the Growth through Objectives (GO) program. Each GO contract begins with an initial business assessment by a Mountain BizWorks’ business developer. Afterwards, you and your business developer will work one-on-one to accomplish your specific goals.
Our business developers have many years of business experience in both large and small operations. They provide guidance, analysis, and mentoring based upon the client’s description of their business and supporting financial statements. However, the client is ultimately responsible for all actions taken as the client is the only person who can decide what is appropriate for their business and particular circumstances.
The business developer will analyze your business or operations and suggest a plan of action. This plan is discussed at length and modified as necessary. The agreed plan is then to be acted upon by the client which could involve the utilization of other service providers at additional cost.
Each GO contract is 10-15 hours spread out over a maximum of three months. Members may choose to do multiple contacts depending on their individual business needs.
